Im divorce and remarried again. Currently my flat is under my name and my ex-husband. The court order says to transfer the flat to my current husband's name. But after checking with HDB, we are not able to do this as my current husband not able to pay my ex-husband his CPF. Therefore I have decided to sell my current flat and buy another flat with my current husband. Currently my court order is in the midst of change to sell instead of transfer. It will take at least 6 to 7 mths to complete the process. In the meantime, i would like to meet up with you and find out how much can my current flat fetch. Im at Blk 324 Hougang Avenue 5 flr.
